Osama Lab was developed from Osama Technologies’ need to create a space dedicated to showing and demonstrating to our potential user customers and also to our brand’s distributor dealers around the world, the enormous potential of gluing technology with PUR hot-melt polyurethane structural adhesive. This type of application allows us to cover various markets and above all different production sectors but with one fundamental denominator: productivity. This type of adhesive has been further improved over the years and, above all, the bad processing emissions have been totally eliminated, which originally had to be abated by filters and activated carbon. Reactive polyurethane technology can guarantee stability of adhesion over time, certification of the finished product that bears no comparison with traditional application systems.
In our workshop, the customer will receive the attention they deserve, in order to be able to check the right amount of glue according to the type of adhesive we may have in stock or receive it from the glue manufacturer. Osama Lab offers customers the opportunity to see and touch the result obtained on various types of substrate with a series of machines positioned in line so that they can really see how, once decided and designed, the gluing line looks in their own site.
We recently inaugurated Osama Laboratory, a space entirely dedicated to our customers for conducting bonding tests on a PUR Hotmelt application line.
Our Osama Laboratory is available to our potential customers, suppliers, and partners who want to experience firsthand the advantages and efficiency of hotmelt technology, giving them the opportunity to use their own panels in tests and verify the results in real time.
